What type of title/documentation does the land have (CofO, RofO, Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan)?
Some of our estates have Nasarawa RofO that can be verified at NAGIS. Our newer estates currently have Deed of Assignment and Survey plan while their Nasarawa RofO registration process is in progress.
Is the land an estate land or its going to be owned individually outside an estate plan.
The land is an estate land. You will get estate plots allocated to you within the estate and it’s the responsibility of the estate company to secure the land pending when its ready for development.
Are your estates located in Abuja (FCT)?
Most of our estates are located in Karshi Development Area of Nasarawa State; a fast developing community that shares boundary with Abuja (FCT).
Is the land free from government acquisition or any planned government project?
Before aquiring our estates, we do our due diligence to ensure that the land is completely free from any government acquisition or future government projects.
Are there any restrictions on building or reselling the land?
None. You are free to resell or build when development gets to the area.

Will the company provide a written agreement and official receipt once I pay?
Yes. Upon complete payment we issue receipt of payment and allocation letter. Then after payment of legal fee of 50k per plot we issue Irrevocable power of attorney to our clients.
Does the company provide building prototypes and insist on clients using them? Or am I free to build my own prototype design?
The company gives clients the freedom to use either the company’s prototype or the client’s prototype.
At what point will things like the development fee, infrastructure, legal documentation and excavation fees be paid?
Because it is not a buy and build estate you are not expected to pay development, infrastructure, excavation fees until the area is ready for development. The only fee you can pay now after paying for the land is the legal fee which enables our legal team to process your irrevocable power of attorney.
Is the land ready for development yet?
No. The lands are currently for land banking purpose. But because they are located along corridors of future development there are prospect for fast development and appreciation of property.
Is there motorable road access to the plot now?
Yes. We drive to the site with our company’s vehicles. Because the road is not constructed yet, it is advised to go with an SUV or truck for a hitch free driving experience.

Yes! We can provide you the Google Pin / GPS Coordinates that can help you locate the site with ease upon request.
